There is no 14.1 in Play Market

Why??? Five hours to new event, but I still do not have 14.1!

Usually it's out in the afternoon (GMT). usually 5-6 PM

Usually I updated in to one-two days before new event.
Some people from my alliance already updated yesterday.

Its usually up around the same time everytime we update. 1pm est
