I only have him 3*, maxed but have been doing some gameplay jn act 4 with him recently. His damage output is great, and so is his utility. Personally I rank him 8/10 when duped at high sig

Mine is a 4*. Incinerate immune helped a ton this last month. He deals bleed and incinerate. I used his synergies with my team. Soon became a permanent used character. Well worth taking him to R5. Unduped
