They are still owned by Marvel so it could be legaly possible but Marvel don't want them to be pushed. I could take a pass on the F4 because they only function as a team. Thing is just a weaker Hulk. Invisible Woman is doing force fields and is (suprise) invisible (could work like Hoods invisiblity). Mr. Fantastic is doing a little bit of yoga (kamala kahn) and Human Torch is on Fire, which is a little bit interessting and could work. I would rather see the Super-Skrull. He combines all of the Powers from the F4. Dr. Doom and Namor would be awsome, though.

Well said, everyone thinks they don’t have rights, they don’t release them I think because they don’t wanna promote them & they want the FILM rights back. Fox has done a terrible job with them why don’t they just give the rights back to Marvel/Disney? I’m sure they’d pay a pretty penny to get them back lol
