Unless you only earn one dollar an hour then almost no effort went into that single dollar. My point is Kabam should stick to guaranteed rewards and leave the getting screwed by RNG to Crystals.

P.S Kabam won't give you extra rewards for defending every bad decision they make.

umm, that is false... About the money that is. There is lots of work even if you earn more than a dollar an hour, even still work is work.

Why should rewards for grinding out resources be a lottery? A lottery is a gamble for a set amount of cash normally a buck or two, and you pick the numbers. While this event is pure chance you pick no numbers and you get 500 shards... IMO please do away with this kind of rewards.

    P.S
Love the calendar keep it up.

We are not grinding out "resources" we are doing pretty easy paths, even still the lottery makes it so you can get bigger rewards, sometimes. It makes you feel good when you get it. If it was not this way the rewards would be flat, and overtime get boring, because they need to balance the rewards.
Ok guess you aren't getting that kabam is wrong here so let me ask you this would you rather

Put in as much effort as someone else and get the same reward

    Or

Put in as much effort as someone else and watch them get much better reward.
I do not process like you. I do not get jealous of others based on what they get. When I play the game I realize that the rewards are near universally random so I accept what I get. If someone gets something better I congratulate them, not bemoan the system.
SMH well in that case explore act 6 and I will give you a 1* 😂😂😂😂😂
Not sure what is wrong with you but I would much rather be rewarded the same as everyone else and not get shafted but I don't know how to help you out if you going to do nothing but worship kabam.
It is a difference of perspective. You look on basicly free, or at the very least rewards for very little afford and say "I got shafted" because you did not get what someone else did. This is the classic glass is half empty perspective. It is typically born out of jealousy. When someone gets a better reward than me I congratulate them and move on, because the reward was pretty easy to obtain. this is the glass half full perspective.
Still dodging the question probably because the answer contradicts everything you said and no I don't get jealous I congratulate people who get something good but I'm not ignorant enough to defend a system that favors other people vs a system that treats everyone fairly.

Well if I couldn't handle that happening as a person, I'd play a different game. Do RNG rewards suck, sure. Were they extra items I didnt have before, absolutely. It doesn't take any effort to get these, the fights are easy. I get the coral from questing which I would have been doing either way.

Does it really matter what others get? There are many summoners out there that have champions I want that they get and I cant seem to get. It sucks but it is what it is. I know what I signed up for when I started playing.

If they were to sell us champs we wanted, the price would be way higher vs what it is now. Sometimes you get lucky. Sometimes you don't.
Still didn't answer the question and I don't mind RNG in the crystals but RNG for basic resources you need is bs
So....it is important to respect everyone's feedback. Mind you, these reactions can come when people continually post negatively. However, some people are generally discontent, so there's not much we can do about that. Not really the main point, just wanted to add it to what I'm already commenting.
RNG is a fair system. It ensures fair distribution. Everyone has the same chances to pull the same Rewards. It may not seem that way because some pull the Top Prize while others don't, but that's still fair because the chances each person rolls are the same. It also adds an element of longevity to the game because it takes time to get what we need and want. As much as people would like to get what they want all the time, that would have quite an effect on the progress of the game.
The game is extended by having to acquire certain combinations. Champs, Resources, Synergies, etc. Some people have great luck, while others need to wait. That element of chance is actually a good thing. It extends the life of the game, motivation to play, gives fair distribution for a large demographic, and allows people to progress at a pace that keeps a balance among progress levels. Is it fair that some win the lottery and some don't? That's more of an "Act of God" question, really.
No Fair is everyone completes epic and gets the same reasonable rewards RNG allows for others to be treated better. Everyone says RNG you need to get lucky if the system was fair you wouldn't need luck.
There's no such thing as a completely fair system when you're dealing with varying demographics. Some people have to invest more effort than others to complete it, and there's a very large range that is doing Epic. Some will breeze through it, while others will have a harder time. How do you gauge what's fair and what isn't? All it takes is 10,000 Shards to run it.
RNG is a fair system because each person has the same chances at the Rewards involved. Each Rift gives the same odds for each person running it. I'm sorry you disagree, but there is more to fairness than removing the element of chance. If the chances are the same, the outcome is fair, no matter what it lands on.

Stop it with the RNG complaints

It is the BEST, most awsome random reward system to have been created by the childs of our lord.

I have grinded for a year and got over 20+, crapy 5* champs outdated, wetnoodle hitters, of 2014-2015... and no godtier in between...

That is RNG at is best. If I would film and put the vids of those oppening on youtube, kabam would close this account for bad publicity.

This game is still awsome since i still play it...

    So lottery ticket=A game?

They offered stable rifts this time though. I think that was a step in the right direction. We decide whether to gamble or not. This was better than when we didn't have a choice in my opinion.

Don't get why some people feel the need to tell others to basically quit the game. We are all playing the game and we all have an interest in voicing out what we like and what we dislike about the game.

Saying "if you don't like RNG, just quit" is as effective as saying "they should make it non-RNG and therefore you should quit".

Not true. Some people probably don't even read what is posted and just clicks disagree just because they think it's the cool thing to do. I don't always agree with him, but I don't always disagree with him either.

    No.
A lottery ticket has a prize everyone wants that only a few to only one win.
Unstable rifts have a couple prizes everyone wants and not everyone gets.

So when someone wins the lottery and you bought a ticket, do you write the lottery offices complaining that RNG number picking system shouldn't be how the prize is awarded and everyone gets the same?

No, you know the odds when you buy a ticket.

You know the odds when you choose unstable rifts.

This game has had RNG rewards since the beginning. Its not likely to change ever. The game is 100% free to play, but that doesnt mean they don't want you to spend money. They are a For Profit company and they are going to make the "easy" path in the game where you have to pay to get there.

Regardless, the rifts cost nothing as you are getting coral from completing EQs anyway. The fights are basic and super easy. Its items you didn't have before. Why worry about others when the game is about you?

It's always the same people that don't see a problem with RnG events like the Pym Discs and Dimension Rifts. (you know who) They keep on saying that randomized rewards is good for the game. That is not true at all. Rewards should be guaranteed 100% of the time. Maybe not what you get out of those rewards like in crystals but the rewards themselves should be granted for the effort put into acquiring them. Systems like these just leave a bad taste in the unfortunate people in the community. It takes time to get the coral and even money with these recent offers. Kabam expects us to pay money for minimum shards? What's next, Kabam want us to pay for upgrading champs?

Guaranteed rewards would not be what you think it would be, and it would cause the game to pretty much stagnate as no one would appreciate the rewards. I play lots of games but the ones with set rewards tend to lose my attention really quickly, why? because they are so low that it makes it seem to be very slow progression, and games who derive their revenue from selling things have to do that.

It only leaves a bad taste in those who are jealous of the better rewards someone else got, and are incapable of understanding that it comes and goes. if there were set rewards you would not see things like AGs, or Featured 5 * crystals, you would see a set reward of a few hundred to a thousand 5* shards
