Guillotine with revive potions and some units alongside all the other suggestions. Also i think despair might cancel out regen with enough debuffs but im not sure for this one

Ultron and the Visions have heal block as well IIRC

All you really need to counter the poison is max willpower, I used Void and it was relatively easy.
