Chance to Stun Opponents on hit
Chance to Evade when attacked
Third Special Attack unlocked and damage increased!
Opponents can only do up to 50,000 damage in a single attack.
Attack increased at start of fight based on Opponent Health.

Here's the thing im curious about. The evade which is mentioned, could this be bypassed with True strike or is this a passive built in evade which ignores True strike?

It can be bypassed by true strike and slow any other abilities that stop evade don’t though
