Battle Grounds - Decay
Hello, hoping somebody can help clarify this. So the new Decay buff says "Attackers gain 35% Resistance to Damage over time effects for each Debuff on the Defender." I was using Shuri and had 12 Shock debuffs (not passives) placed on opponent. That should give me 400% resistance. I don't get why I'm still taking damage…
