Mastery presets war
Changing masteries for alliance war every single defense phase can get extremely expensive. A preset like battlegrounds would help significantly in unit cost and would allow competitive alliances to have the best defense tree.

With the introduction of more mod moderators, a title system would work well now. Similar to War, have the top 3 get a special title like Bg champ. 4 star crystals should be available in BG store for like 100 tokens with a max purchase of 30 a week (same as 5 and 6). Would significantly help iso and gold shortage.
