Unbearable Lag
I am on an iPhone 6 11.2.5 and the lag for the first 20 seconds of any match is unbearable. I’m talking full on freezing for seconds just for the characters to catch up rapidly which usually translates to me getting my ass handed to me. Can anyone at Kabam address this issue and any fix in the works

Crash
I cannot get past the loading screen before the game crashes. I’ve attempted to re-download the game and still I cannot get past the initial screen. This started last night around 9-10pm.

Valor quest
Dear Kabam, I 100% heroic and master. Did arenas, completed a couple act 5 levels and played war and quest. I never activated a Valor Quest. What the F. I think some rank down tickets are in order.
