Does anyone else wonder why there is a mastery that gives you a 1% chance to perform a perfect block? Or increases it by 1%, whatever. Also the block proficiency maxed out is a whopping 8%. Are we supposed to take these numbers literally? Why can't Kabam be transparent about these things? Increasing the odds of some event…
