So let me start this off by saying I'm not opposed to this change, I don't particularly LOVE the change, but I can understand why they would be doing it. So today the 18.1 patch notes were released, and in it included this statement: "Fixed an issue where Archangel’s Stuns from Neurotoxin were not acting as a Debuff" Ok…
