Confusion about threat level and tier
I initially got 4 quests (like everyone else), tier 1-4, and I started with tier 4, unlocking tier 5 and 6. My issue is that tier 4 and 5 were threat level 3, while tier 6 is threat level 4. I am cavalier. Is there a way for me to complete tier 6 at threat level 3 itself, or will I have to complete it at threat level 4 ?…
