Which 6* to awaken ?

I have a single 6* awakening gem and only a few stones (around 30-40 depending on the class). I know ghost is very good, but I heard she requires high sig, and I also need to learn to play her. Titania and Attuma, I have heard, will be good enough just awakened. I have included other options from my roster, who might benefit, but I feel that these 3 should be the frontrunners.

Even sig 1 ghost is quite a bit better than unduped. Of course make sure you like her playstyle otherwise it’s not worth it.

We need to know if you have some other key champs duped. I mean if you don't have Fury or Herc yet, I'd say hold it.
