I logged in to find that one of the members (not Officer) has been promoted to leader a and I've been demoted to member. Why has this happened?

Pausing fight in Quest and being Timed Out
I paused the fight right at the beginning and got the pause screen. However after a few minutes the pause screen vanished and it Timed me out so losing the fight and taking half my health. This happened a couple of weeks ago and has happened again today. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
