Should I rank my 5* unduped Drax to r2 or 4* Angela unduped to 4/40? If rank 2 Drax, after rank 3 Drax or rank 5 my 4* Medusa sig 20 or my 4* hyperion sig 35?

Hey guys, I got a 5* Drax today. I have a 4* Medusa sig 20 and a 4* Hyperion sig 36. Should I rank up Drax to rank 2 or 3? Or rank one of them to r5? Another question, Can I use Drax unawakened?
