I've been playing this game for 6-8 years now, and today I got my first 6 star, It was a Morningstar. So how good is she unawakened?

Summoner's Sigil Bugged for me.
So I just completed act 4 and didn't get my sigil. I tried restarting multiple times. If anyone knows how to fix this pls tell!
Doom or Void?
Im a seasoned summoner. but I stopped playing for a couple of years and came back a few years ago. I managed to pull a 3 star Void and Doom a while back. I have them maxed out and there both at a low sig level. I have enough sig stones to bring one of them to max sig level.
