Ability to ADD a STAR to a MAX Ranked Character to get usable all of the 2,3 and 4 STAR Characters
One huge development suggestion from me is that the user can upgrade a max ranked and maxed level character to a higher tier, for example a 2-Star can be upgraded to a same 3-Star with level 1, or a 4-Star Rank 5 Level 50 to a 5-Star Rank 1 Level 1.
