Ronin - crit passive not refreshing
So I've noticed that if I get 7 cruelty and have the crit passive and then rebuild to 7 cruelty that the crit passive does not reset/refresh to it's full duration. The ability description says that getting 7 cruelty gives an 18 second crit passive. It seems like this should refresh EVERY time you get to 7 cruelty the same…

Magneto - Heavy Attack "Ripple" animation missing
Since the patch I have been loving the new Mags like most everyone else but I noticed in others gameplay videos there is a ripple effect when charging his heavy that I don't seem to get on my device (Android/OnePlus 6). Does anyone else not get this ripple effect animation when charging his heavy?
