My next goal is to complete variant 5 and variant 6 when it comes out

Who to rank up to rank 4?
My main focus right now is act 6 completion (I'm at the beginning of 6.2), and monthly event quest and side event quest completion. As for synergies, I don't have a 5 star red hulk, massacre, or omega red (for act 6).

5* archangel awakened, 5* Corvus unawakened, 5* Domino unawakened (I have rulk and massacre), 5* Colossus awakened, 5* Spidergwen unawakened, or 5* Majik unawakened?

Should I use a skill gem on stealthy?
I only have 3 skill 5stars - stealthy at rank 3, thor rag at rank 2, and winter soldier at rank. I dont really care about prestige at this point, and I'm trying to go for act 5 completion.

So I just rank 3ed a 5star spidergwen. Then I opened a 4star crystal and pulled cap iw. Should I still invest resources into upgrading him? I am trying to become uncollected.
