Antivenom issue in AQ

Quake issue?
I’ve noted in arenas today when using quake that you can hit the opponent once then go directly into charging her heavy and the opponent just stands there till they are stunned. When they come out of stun you can repeat over and over. Don’t think that this is intentional. Lol
