Antivenom issue in AQ

I’m not sure if it is a global issue with Antivenom or just limited to AQ but multiple times the game has completely crashed in the middle of this fight resulting in no loss of life for Antivenom but a half life penalty for the champ I am using. It has happened with OG vision and iceman multiple times.
It is the Antivenom in section 3 of the Doombot boards at node 76.
I play on an iPhone XS with iOS 15.6.
