Hi I renewed my sigil in the last week or so but it's not coming up in the side bar for me to purchase stuff from the sigil store. Can anyone help. I believe I may need to put in a ticket but I've never done this so any advice would be appreciated.

Accolades
Hi all, if you send the accolades to someone in your friends list that isn't part of your alliance do you still get 50 points for each accolade you send. In game it says nominate an alliance member in the accolades event. but the in game mail implied you could send to friends too. my friends are not in my alliance.

If you are in the expert tier of AQ and for an AQ series you decide not to even open it and therefore have not fought in the AQ at all do you remain in the same tier at the end or do you get demoted to the tier below? Many thanks!
