Double Track Event

Hi all, not posted in the forums for many years so apologies if this has already been asked (I haven't seen anything on it yet).
I like to get involved in the double track event and I always purchase the Platinum Track. Indeed, I have done that. I then usually buy all the multiple +7 and +1 day offers. However these are not coming up in game. Is this an error? From looking at the Summoner's Market I can see 10 +7 ones and 14 +1 ones (84 days total). Will these pop up in game as purchasable offers soon as they are usually in game the minute a new double track comes out.
You may think why don't I just by through the Summoners Market but I haven't ever purchased anything on the market before. I've only used the market for claiming the free items be it daily or weekly and to enter promo codes. I like to buy through the game directly as I am an android user and whenever I purchase something from the store in game I obtain google play points for any purchases.
Any advice would be appreciated.
