Ultron Prime Immunity
This one is pretty simple. Ultron simply should be immune to slow, and yet still receives slow debuffs. He may still be able to evade but there are plenty of scenarios where receiving a debuff generally can be negative and Ultron ought not to receive a debuff he's immune to even if it has no effect on him.
