So I want to start a new account just for the fun of it and make some different decisions and what not but I wanted to ask someone to tell me how to setup a new account without deleting my main account? TL;DR: how can I start another account and switch between both my old and new account

Unawakened Voodoo
Recently I got my first 5* and it was a Doctor Voodoo and I always hear people saying he relies on his awakened ability. How true is this and how well can I use him considering my team consists of 4* at varying levels in rank 4. Also keep in mind I'm still in act 4.3 barely

Blade
So recently I used a generic gem in my 4* Blade (3/30). I've been using him and I feel like his ability is sort of bad? I only have him at sig 29 but should I keep pumping my sig stones into him or just drop him. Or is he just not as good as I always remembered him being? Do you guys think he's fallen behind as a champ?

All my units got accidentally donated
I was donating some loyalty to my alliance because I felt bad not many donate but when I tried buying some crystals I realized all of my 600 or so units were gone and suddenly I had donated 65000 loyalty instead of ny intended 60,000. Is there a way I can refund this or undo? I was saving those units and I'm really bummed…
