Sandman worse after re-balance
To preface this, i had my sandman at rank 4, 6*, Sig 40 and loved how he played. i was going to have him be my first rank 5 science, but alas it was not ment to be. Thor (Ragnarök) and Hela synergy bug
As the title suggests, this synergy does not seem to work. I was using him against the punching bag of mcoc, RoL Winter Solider, and finished with about 90% health. Going into the next fight he still had 90% health. I even started the fight to make sure it wouldn't jump up at the start of the fight.
