Why does Nebula's L1 attack does not drain the opponent's power?
Hi @Kabam Miike, while playing with the Nebula character in the game, noticed that when trying to hit the L1 attack at the opponent, it say's Power Drain, but in actual it does not drain the power at all. Is this a known bug? Is this something that is being addressed?
