4.5+ mil alliance looking for 6 good serious players (GroupMe chat app required)

[NMAP] is looking for some recruits from anytime zone within USA who are interested in an AQ/AW 100% clear regularly. For AW we have a ask for activity on attack and defense and the ability to communicate effectively (we currently use GroupMe chat app).
Alliance events participation is required for a faster progress and donations are required but the actual amount is up to you (whatever helps towards running those AQ maps). Ranked rewards are typically met in item use and duel skirmish regardless however. SA event is done every alternate week for higher rewards.
Looking for a specific team rating with 120k+. A few R4 4*s or R2 5*s would be helpful towards clearing your AQ/AW lanes.
Overall, we're looking for folks looking to progress nicely towards maintaining an expert tier AQ experience and getting those T4 basics and class cats while having a fun time with the game chatting in a tight-knit group of adults.
Most communication is through GroupMe (LINE is OK too) and BGs are assigned for AQ/AW.
