Support suggestion
I suggest that when opening a ticket or contacting support, they answer questions directly instead of sounding like robots that just copy and paste into a response that do not answer the question.
Status Effects
I think certain characters should have immunities to obvious effects. Like Phoenix, Red Hulk and Ghost Rider should immune to burn/incinerate as an example. Electro, Thor, and Storm should be immunte to shock.

Is there a list of champion spotlights to reference?

Does anyone have any info on his prestige numbers? The charts I've found leave him out of it. Thanks
