I was fighting the Mr.Fantastic Boss today in the new Caviler EQ with Falcon. I had lock on active and saw that he was able to evade. I thought lock on prevented evade. Anyone know why this is happening?

Who Should I Rank 3 to get the Thronebreaker title?
I recently completed Abyss so that I could unlock Thronebreaker next week. I got a skill T5CC but I don't have any real good options to rank up. Should I rank up Falcon, Hawkeye or Winter Solider? or should I wait for a better option?

Update Monthly Uncollected EQ Energy Cost
Since we are getting units with next month's uncollected eq, will we get a reduction in energy? It still costs 2 energy per tile to explore the first chapter and I figured this would go down to 1 energy like the other lower level eqs.
