Haven't seen it anywhere or seen anyone talking about it but based on the level up event can we expect to see 7 stars having 6 ranks?

So I've been considering doing a time attack legends run this month, and in the in game message it still mentions heroic and master mode, which modes should I run to try for the legends run?
