Haven't seen it anywhere or seen anyone talking about it but based on the level up event can we expect to see 7 stars having 6 ranks?

    Yeah, if you looked at any of the side quests or 8.2 fights that feature 7*s, you can see what level and rank they are and they have always had 6 ranks.
