These are the only two science champions I have and I can take only one of them to Rank 2. Who should I invest in first?

Who to Rank 4
Out of all my top champions who should I upgrade to rank 4 first? My top picks are Nick Fury, Nimrod, Kitty Pryde, and Dr. Doom.

I recently got 6* CGR, 6* Rintrah, 6* Kingpin, and duped Omega red. Which out of these and all other champions I have, which ones should I work on the most (with the knowledge that I only have Catalyst to get one of them to level 3)

Which would make more Sense, to ascend 6* unawakened Dr. Doom or 6* awakened Hercules?

Generic 6 star awakening gem
Should I use a 6 star generic awakening gem on Omega red or one of the other champions I have? Or should I save it for a better champion. P.S. this is the first Omega Red I get so I still don't know how to use him but think he's a good character.

I just completed Act 6.1 and now I want to keep moving forward but I am not sure which 5* champion to rank up next since I don't have any good 6 stars. Any suggestions? (A short explanation with the champion would be nice!)

I recently opened two five-star crystals and got Colossus and Magneto red. I have a five-star mutant awakening gem. Should I use it on either one of them or would that be a waste of the gem?

I have a rank 4 5* duped Medusa and a rank 1 6* Human Torch. Should I take Medusa up to rank 5 or human Torch to rank 2?

Magic, Guillotine, and Morningstar
I have Magic, Guillotine, and Morningstar. They're my only 3 5* mystic characters (All unduped). Should I take any of them up or do I wait till I get a better 5* mystic like Dr. Doom or Claire Voyant (which I love playing as a 4*).
