To be honest, rank who you like the most. Both are great champs. It's your resources and account. None of us are going to be playing it.

Photon won’t be a problematic defender unawakened for anyone who knows how to deal with her. She can do some great things on attack but not to the same level as hulk. Having the ability to stunlock fights alleviates so much stress in a plethora of scenarios.
