Okay, I'm gonna sound like a sore loser but -- I have a 25k Corvus Glaive in bg. He was my first defender at 55k. How does he lose to a 5k hulk, who takes no damage and the battle lasts 4secs? Can we do anything about hackers?

Currently on Act 4, with 7k to 8k champions. And I know everyone says to run through the story, but should I 100% the chapters as I go, or finish Act 4 first and then go back?
