Help me figure out which Champs to focus on...

Hi.

New to this game, and I really don't want to waste resources powering up Champs that aren't worth the effort. Especially since I'm stuck in Act 5, Chapter 2.5. I 100% Act 4 already, and now I'm having trouble progressing forward. I feel like I will never even have resources to level my six stars because I'm not up to the point where I get a lot of Tier 5 Catalysts. So, I'm focusing on my five stars, which I believe I have resources for.

Here are my champs that I use normally:

6* - Nebula (Not Awakened, 7619) R1 L25
4* - Valkyrie (Awakened, 7512) R5 L50
5* - Falcon (Not Awakened, 7489) R4 L55
6* - Doctor VooDoo (Not Awakened, 7435) R1 L24
5* - Spider-Man Stark Enhanced (Not Awakened, 5459) R3 L45
4* - Falcon (Awakened, 5411) R5 L50
5* - IronHeart (Not Awakened, 5397) R3 L45
5* - Angela (Not Awakened, 5385) R3 L45
4* - Luke Cage (Awakened, 5111) R5 L50
5* - Captain America Sam Wilson (Not Awakened, 4310) R3 L19

Other champs I haven't leveled or touched yet are:

5* Sorcerer's Supreme (blue lady)
5* Man-Thing
5* Sabretooth
5* Toad
5* Lady Deathstrike
5* Shocker
5* Sasquatch
5* Red Guardian
5* Venompool
5* Wong
5* Mysterio
5* Black Cat
5* King Groot
5* Sentry
5* The Hood
5* Morningstar
5* Ms. Marvel
5* Electro
5* Abomination

So can someone pls help me figure out who I should focus on?

Stark Spidey, Angela, Valk and IronHeart. Nebula's good too if you can use her.

Nebula helped me breeze through my entire Act 4 Playthrough. But I can't rank her up, I don't have any resources. Okay, I'll work on Spidey, Angela, and IronHeart. Valk is maxed out.

You already have nebula and voodoo. Just use them and try to get more 6*s

Yeah, I would but, I'm just stuck. I 100% the event at Proven, so IDK what else is there to do besides getting stronger? How would I use them to get more 6*?
