This is always a possibility, but should be addressed by Kabam at the very least. I do not like that the lack of transparency as it would only take them 5 minutes to comment on this.2 -

It is very obvious that the AI has become more passive in some respects, but also just more intelligent. Baiting is annoying and makes nodes like bane painful.1
