He’s still a useless garbage can. No one with a decent skill roster will waste recourses on him. Even with no skill champs you’re better of waiting for a stronger option.11 -

I have an awakened 5* magneto and IWCap hits hard and stops unstoppable but does none of his other useful stuff unless he’s awake at a high sig level. I’m not wasting resources on him until he’s awak…12
