What are characters that needs buffs, but not reworks? And how would you do it?
Why do this? While it is easy to buff a character to make them Ghost/Kitty/Quake/Fury/Doom/Etc. levels of good, I highly doubt Kabam would actually turn all these characters into some OP content clea…5
