Valk does 3 things, ignore unstoppable, ignore stun, and big damage through block. Is she great? Yes, and at the things she does she is arguably the best, but as said, for raw damage there are better…1 -

Each miss makes the chance to miss decrease, you only get like 2 or 3 with a synergy guaranteed, after that it's up to luck.3 -
