If you have LINE, you can join the Trucos or MCOC Concierge chat bot groups, they have relayed summary lists for each of those Hero Use events. Or they should also be somewhere on Trucos webpage.1 -

Oualwallss, this is just a display bug during attack phase, see main thread on that topic. Defenders have the proper buffs-supports in the actual fights.1 -
