Under the Submit a Request selection, I’d say probably pick “Didn’t receive correct Event Rewards” or “Issue with Account”. Not sure if they are having to go thru all the “Account Verification” quest…2 -

(update) Actually, the newest version of this Event (started today) does now earn 300 pts for 7*. Was earlier week's events that didn’t give pts for 7* at first.1
