Yep, individuals can't do both regular AQ maps and Raids during same week. Different days doesn’t matter, because Raids is treated as being a continuous 7-day quest, so conflicting with a regula…1 -

It's not scheduled maintenance.. They’ve said in the past that it is just the easiest existing message to put there for times when game is unintentionally down because of a problem.1
