HulkBust SP2... after initial blow, his beam is fairly easy to evade as normal like other beam attacks Cable SP1... this one requires a little bit of delay before you do evade of the rapid-fire gun. …1 -

I tracked this for about 2 months straight one time, and absolutely no pattern to it whatsoever. So yes, entirely Random (and yes, not back-2-back, but could be 1 day separated).1
