Level 60 is really the highest you can get unless you purchase the Sigil Subscription (and then might take a few months to reach 135.5m) Without it, could be years before reaching Level 61.0 -

So, “Game Accelerator” in that country is name of a VPN (not an Accelerator type of thing) since using the word VPN itself would be easier flag for country to realize and then make stop from working …-2
