As for easier targets, that earlier Full Champ picture (prev page) seemed to be of some easy (but retired) accounts, who if not playing anymore probably won’t be having their Top Champ changing on us…1 -

They are locked into the pool at which you buy it (or acquire it, ie last month's 5* Feature in Rifts). And not when you open it.1
