Some objective crystals are based on what the objective was. UC people can get a Cav Obj Crystal if it is for “2 fights in Labyrinth”. Might also be difference between the top end Incursion objective…1 -

Then either 2 cases, you either never did create/attach a Kabam ID Login to you game account (and it’s just been using “default” all this time), and maybe now you have actually made a Login Kabam ID …1
