Just a thought, but did he check his Prestige ONLY after RANKING Doom up, and NOT actually using ISO to Level him up afterwards ? It is noticed that as far as PI goes, Ranking up causes a little “Dro…1 -

Oh 😀 Then % needed for Full Participation might be different depending on # of BG’s you run, or which Tier you’re in. Looked and it was only 70% for us.1 -

Can you get Iceman to build up to 3 stacks (and just avoid using Heavy which removes them). Also CapIW great (with Tech and/or Cosmic pair), or Quake. From your list.2 -
