Keep in mind that a champ's Power Rate is also affected by their current RANK. So a Rank-3 Guilly would have 10% higher Power Rate (needed to reach SP2 faster) that what your Rank-1 Guilly has.1 -

Yes (apparently), according to @Zeezoos the Damage was still being reduced further, just not increasing the stun time with extra mastery points in there.2 -

Math... Assuming that you don’t care one bit about any more 4* champs because you have most of them anyways (except for using 5* Shards you get from pulling 4* Dups), and your 5* are exceeding your 4…5
