2 CHANGES... (1 as mentioned above) Tier-10 now limited to just 7 runs, and doesn’t require any Feathers for that top Tier-10. So you can use those remaining Feathers to do additional runs thru Tier-…2 -

So yes DNA was correct in calculation that only 7 runs of Tier-10 was the original intention based on Uru and Feathers. Opposed to initial chart for this Thread by @IWC saying it was 9 runs.5 -

H.(E).A.L. vs H.(L).A.E. are the most common (and maybe only 2) orders, depending typically on what status you are (UC vs Cav, etc) (in parens) is today, so EventQuestComp and Levelup are switched up…2 -
